Gluten-free Flour Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts white rice flour
  • 2/3 part potato starch flour
  • 1/3 tapioca flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large quantities and store for further use.

Notes:
This is a basic flour mix that can be used in many recipes. If you make it beforehand you can pull it out whenever you need some gluten-free flour!
