Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbls. olive oil
  • 2 tbls. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and serve.
