Ingredients:
1 small red onion
1 can black beans
1 cup frozen or fresh corn
1 tomato
1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
2 tbls. cilantro
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1tbls. olive oil
salt
Directions:
Chop up the onion, tomato, and green pepper.
Combine ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve.
