Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups nonfat, plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

    1. Freeze the chopped mangoes until hard, about 2 hours. Place the mangoes, yogurt, and honey in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve cold.
