Ingredients:
4 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 cups nonfat, plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Freeze the chopped mangoes until hard, about 2 hours. Place the mangoes, yogurt, and honey in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve cold.
