Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and tough leaves removed
  • 2 tbls. olive oil
  • 1 tbls. grated orange zest
  • 1 tbls. ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl toss together the brussels sprouts, olive oil, zest, cumin, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and tender. Serve hot.
