1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and tough leaves removed
2 tbls. olive oil
1 tbls. grated orange zest
1 tbls. ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium bowl toss together the brussels sprouts, olive oil, zest, cumin, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and tender. Serve hot.
